clean and cozy rooms - great location - friendly and helpful staff - informative receptionist - amazing view from the rooms. The staff paid for a taxi to return our forgotten passports.

Anh Xuan Guest House is my go-to place in Hue. Friendly staff helped me with currency recommendations on my first stay. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, laundry, and a flat-screen TV. Can't wait to come back for New Year!

I loved the beautiful decorations throughout the hotel. The attention to detail in the furniture and artwork made it feel like a cozy home away from home. The general areas were always clean and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate and relax. , the hotel's accessibility was fantastic, with no stairs to climb and wide doorways that accommodated walkers or wheelchairs.
The only thing I would ask for to make this vacation even better for senior people is if the children working there could be a little more patient and understanding. Sometimes they seemed busy and rushed, and it would have been nice if they took a little extra time to assist us when needed.

Family-run, some staff speak English. Simple, nice breakfast. Comfortable beds and great views. Stable hot water supply. Good value for the price.

Excellent location and facilities
Fitted with all the amenities you need for a good night's sleep, the guestrooms at this hotel are truly exceptional. The comfortable beds made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud, and the crisp linens and fluffy towels added a touch of luxury to my stay. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels was also a great addition, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. But what impressed me the most was the stunning natural beauty in the area. Just a short distance away, I discovered the picturesque Con Hen and Thuan An Beach, where I could soak up the sun and enjoy the serene surroundings. this hotel truly exceeded my expectations and provided a wonderful base for my adventures in Hue.
